Toro Single Stage Electric Snowthrowers
Toro electric snowthrowers are ideal for walkways, decks
and small paved driveways. They plug into regular 120 volt house
electicity (extension cord not supplied). There are two models
to choose from. The Power Shovel slides along the ground, picks
up the snow and thows it ahead up to 20 feet away. The 1800
Power Curve has wheels and a directional chute to throw the snow
up to 160 degrees in any direction up to 30 feet away.

Toro Single Stage Gas Powered Snowthrowers
Toro single stage snowthrowers come in
various sizes. The Power Clear 180 is light weight and folds up
quite compact, so much so that it will fit into the trunk of
most cars without having to tie the trunk down. These smaller
units are suitable for sidewalks, decks and small paved laneways
and also ideal for transporting to different locations,
lightweight enough to carry up stairs and to different levels of
landscaping. The larger Power Clear models will handle larger
paved laneways and heavier snowfalls more efficiently. The
larger models also feature the Power Propel Drive System that
helps pull the unit forward. |

Toro Compact Two Stage Snowthrowers
The Power Throw 7hp 22" is a popular model. It is compact and
easy to handle yet strong enough to work through the heavy bank
at the end of the laneway. It's compact size makes it less
intimidating to use and is ideal for tight storage spaces or
sharing the garage space with the car. It features a three
forward and one reverse speed transmission to drive itself
through the snow. It's robust construction features all metal
auger support bushings, heavy duty auger gear case, oversized
knobby wheels and solid control rods (instead of cables). |

Toro Power Max Two Stage Snowthrowers
Toro Power Max snowthrowers are full size two stage snowthrowers
ranging in size from 7hp 24" to 11hp 28". Toro has designed
these machines to last with commercial grade front auger
gearcases and gears, all metal auger shaft supports and extra
metal re-inforcements on the auger bucket. Toro owners
appreciate the nimble handling of the Freewheel Power Steering
(8hp & larger), the dash mounted single lever Quick Stick
directional chute control and the unique Power Max auger system
which reduces clogging and maximizes the impeller speed for good
consistent snow throwing of up to 45'. |
