As stated in our name.. S.O.S. Power Sales or Service Ltd. We service the types of equipment we sell. Not only do we professionally assemble, lubricate, adjust and test all equipment (for local sale) when it is sold, we also offer after sales service for regular maintenance , tune-ups and repairs. Whether you bought your equipment from us or not we invite you to bring it in or call for pick-up for service to any brand of lawnmower or snowblower and most makes of tractors. We service many types and brands of gasoline powered lawn and garden equipment, including chainsaws, water pumps, grass trimmers, brush cutters, generators etc. Call ahead if you want to be sure.
Regular Pre-Season Tune-Ups are the best way to guard against in-season breakdowns and extend the life of your equipment
Equipment can be dropped off during the week from 9:00 till 3:30. If it's not a hand held
unit, leave your equipment in your vehicle, come in and step up to our service counter. One of our professional staff will be glad to write up a workorder
and then send help out to unload and tag your equipment. When the unit is ready we'll help load it up as well.
Equipment to heavy to bring in? Give us a call at 613-728-2633 ext 503, we offer local (within 35km) pick-up and delivery service for equipment that normally does not fit in a car
(tractors, snowblowers, lawnmowers..)
The best time to have your lawnmower tuned-up is April. That way you avoid the Spring rush and you'll have the piece of mind knowing that your mower is ready and waiting for the grass to grow!
We start servicing snowblowers in August and September, well ahead of the snow season, so your snowblower is ready to work at its peak performance when the snow flies!
Broke your starter rope?
We do standard pull starter repairs every Thursday morning. Bring in just the
starter or the whole unit on Wednesday before 3:30 and it will be ready for pick-up Thursday after 1:00pm.
We install inner tubes into lawn & garden equipment tires (off road, lawn & garden equipment only), drop your wheel off anytime before 3:30 on Wednesday and we'll have it ready on Thursday after 1:00pm.
We professionally sharpen and balance standard or mulching type lawnmower blades up to 22" long, drop off the blade(s) or the walk behind lawnmower. We'll have them ready for Thursday at 1:00pm.
